Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time role with a weekend commitment, you will be a crucial part of Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity needs. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, implementing individualized care plans and providing compassionate support to residents.
Responsibilities
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure residents' needs are met and provide support on a per shift basis.
- Demonstrate a general understanding of nursing principles.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specialized medical equipment operation.
