Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position with a night shift commitment, you will work in Hall 1, a long-term care unit providing high-level care and support to residents with complex needs. As an LPN, you will collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing to create and implement individualized care plans for residents and oversee daily unit operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in daily unit operations and provide leadership as required.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Ensure a compassionate and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical devices.
- Less than one year of experience required.
