Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hall 1 of Levindale Hospital, a subacute rehabilitation unit in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans and support to our residents. This full-time position requires a night shift commitment from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with weekend shifts included.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership as necessary.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- AHA CPR Certification.
- Less than one year of experience required.
