Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will work in the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, specifically in Hall 1. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. This position requires attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that specializes in subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity needs. Our team members are dedicated to providing quality care and support to those in need.
Job Summary
The LPN role involves daily operations on a per shift basis, assisting in the development and implementation of care plans, and stepping into leadership responsibilities as required. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a caring demeanor, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- Less than one year of experience.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
