Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit within Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our facility, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents and ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to support resident well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
