Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at Levindale Hospital, under the LifeBridge Health system. The LPN will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00 pm - 7:30 am) in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, you will provide individualized care plans, assist in daily operations, and take on leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed on a per shift and unit level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Work in a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated manner to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
