We are looking for a dedicated Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care and services by administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner. Your role will involve medication administration, documentation, and resident care in alignment with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently.
• Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate resident concerns to appropriate team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote risk management programs.
• Contribute to team success through participation in meetings and training programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to make decisions in the best interest of residents.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
