Nurse Practitioner -OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC

Job Description

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an outstanding Nurse Practitioner to join OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC. As part of a physician-led network of skilled Primary and Urgent care providers, your primary goal will be to ensure the health and wellness of members and their families by providing access to comprehensive medical services from one unified physician group in their neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Practice sound medical judgment and adhere to ethical considerations of medicine.
• Monitor and mentor staff technicians to ensure continual performance improvements.
• Meet all clinical obligations and follow internal policies and procedures.
• Advise administration of any issues that may impact the practice.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program and licensed through the State of Colorado.
• Board Certification for specialty.
• Strong computer skills, with EMR experience preferred, and Basic Life Support card.
