Job Description

TPC Network is seeking an Outside Operations Staff member to join our team at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, MN. This part-time position will be responsible for providing critical service to our members and guests, serving as the first point of contact to meet and greet them upon arrival at the club. The successful candidate will assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with their golfing needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable golfing experience at the club.

Responsibilities

  • Assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with their golfing needs
  • Greet and welcome members and guests
  • Transport golf bags and cars, provide information, and ensure clean and well-stocked golf cars
  • Service the practice facility, maintain the golf car facility clean and orderly, assist members and guests, ensure club rules are followed
  • Perform periodic car maintenance and minor special repairs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a country club or equivalent

Physical Demands and Working Environment

The position requires exposure to a variety of outdoor weather conditions and active participation, which may involve lifting, pulling, or pushing up to or over 25 pounds, and moving/lifting items with awkward weights. Specific vision abilities and the ability to comply with safety and health regulations are needed.
