Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Liberty Healthcare Management in Woodhaven. As a PTA, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to our patients. Responsibilities

• Work with patients and their families to create personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to implement progressive treatment modalities.
• Ensure a supportive and caring rehab environment for optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Licensed in the state of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) where you will be working.
• Previous experience in a rehab SNF setting is preferred.
