Responsibilities

• Investigate origin and cause of claims by contacting relevant parties.
• Handle 1st and 3rd party claims under multiple policy types.
• Conduct on-site inspections, evaluate damages, and negotiate claims.
• Provide customer support, interpret policies, and determine coverages.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in claims handling and customer service.
• Knowledge of casualty coverages and the claim handling process.
• Valid driver's license and property casualty claims licensing.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work in varying physical environments.
