General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology, ensuring the best possible imaging for interpretation. You will uphold principles of radiation protection, provide clinical instruction, and embrace our philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with attention to patient safety.
- Effectively communicate with various departments and staff members.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and maintain quality control.
- Provide patient/family education and contribute to department operations.
- Maintain competency in assigned areas and assist in training new hires/students.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- ARRT and BLS certifications required.
- Training and competency in various radiology procedures.
