Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-time Radiology Technologist to join the Corewell Health team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology. You will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment, and following regulatory guidelines to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following proper procedures and protocols.
- Acquire patient history and document records accurately.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Utilize diagnostic imaging equipment effectively and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and medical staff.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
- Required certifications: CRT-Radiographer, CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration, CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS).
