Job Description
Join our team at Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, administering medications, leading nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care by following physician’s orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications as ordered and according to policies.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants.
- Assist physicians during rounds and treatments.
- Perform scheduled treatments and maintain infection control measures.
- Assist with research on nursing care quality.
Requirements
- Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certified yearly.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to work well with all team members.
- Ability to make critical decisions regarding nursing problems.
