We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at Liberty Healthcare Management. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible patient care by supervising the facility and directing the nursing staff during shifts. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department, overseeing nursing services in compliance with regulations, handling employee issues, and fulfilling on-call duties.

Job Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Registered Nurse with a license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care, follow medical orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
