Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is seeking dedicated and highly motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dialysis team. As a crucial member of the healthcare team, you will provide essential medical treatment and dialysis care to our clients while ensuring the highest standards of patient care within a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities and Physical Demands

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis care to unit clients.
• Render professional nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Offer direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Direct and supervise team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies.
• Stand and bend for prolonged periods as needed in this role.

Education Requirements and Position Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
