We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Family Medicine unit at Central Vermont Medical Center. As a key member of our ambulatory primary care team, you will play a crucial role in patient care, specializing in telephone triage to assess medical urgency, determine necessary responses, facilitate appointments, and ensure timely scheduling. Your critical thinking skills will be vital in evaluating patient needs and guiding them to appropriate care pathways, making a positive impact on both patients and our healthcare team.
