Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse II/Relief Staff Leader to provide individualized, goal-directed patient care at a competent level. This role involves delivering safe and effective care, collaborating with healthcare team members, and providing department/shift leadership as needed.
Additional Job Description
Candidates with a Bachelor of Nursing degree are preferred. RN staff with an Associate or Diploma degree must enroll in a BSN program within two years and obtain a BSN degree within four years of hire. A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse is required, with a minimum of 0.6FTE commitment.
