Job Description

Join our team at Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) at the Southport Health and Rehabilitation Center. In this role, you will supervise the nursing staff, ensure the best patient care, and coordinate nursing services during shifts. Additionally, you will handle employee issues, perform on-call duties, and assist nurses during acute episodes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Coordinate and oversee the Nursing Services Department.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Facility policies.
• Handle employee problems promptly and maintain documentation.
• Assume on-call responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate with a Registered Nurse license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Ability to provide quality care to patients and a passion for geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification and willingness to attend training sessions and meetings.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
