Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a member of our Allied Health team, you will provide essential nutrition services and education to dialysis patients, supporting their well-being in a chronic-care setting. Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling tailored to patients' needs.
- Monitor and adjust nutrition interventions based on patient progress and lab results.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nutrition experience as a Registered Dietitian.
