Job Description

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living. As part of our Signature Dining program, you will play a crucial role in creating chef-inspired culinary delights for our fine dining restaurants and nursing venues. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus!

Compensation

Commensurate with Experience starting at $65,000 annually. Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Manages daily kitchen production and food preparation for on-time service.
  • Directs food preparation and service accuracy.
  • Supervises culinary and utility staff.
  • Ensures organization and sanitation of dining areas and kitchen.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years full-service experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Certified culinary program graduate preferred.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work in extreme temperatures.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
