Job Description
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living. As part of our Signature Dining program, you will play a crucial role in creating chef-inspired culinary delights for our fine dining restaurants and nursing venues. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus!
Compensation
Commensurate with Experience starting at $65,000 annually. Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Responsibilities
- Manages daily kitchen production and food preparation for on-time service.
- Directs food preparation and service accuracy.
- Supervises culinary and utility staff.
- Ensures organization and sanitation of dining areas and kitchen.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years full-service experience.
- Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Certified culinary program graduate preferred.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in extreme temperatures.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
