Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join us as a Medication Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments with the highest degree of quality care to our residents while adhering to Sunrise's mission of championing seniors' quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration accurately.
- Communicate resident concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control measures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; certification as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm in challenging situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
