Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, assisting them with various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more. Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
- Address common problems including adjustment issues, financial concerns, and family relationships.
- Assist with discharge planning and grief counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
