Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing various challenges they may face.
Summary
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) with a preference for a Master's degree and LCSW-C certification. Experience with issues such as adjustment to institutional living, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying is essential.
