Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Levindale Hospital offers a day shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000.
Summary
As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents. Your responsibilities will include addressing issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
