We are currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our compassionate team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day shift hours.
Job Summary
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
- Address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
- Offer counseling related to aging, powerlessness, and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred, LGSW required.
