Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER to join the LifeBridge Health team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Summary
As a SOCIAL WORKER, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling for end-of-life matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW qualification necessary.
