Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital. This full-time position offers a day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm with a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000. As a Social Worker at our hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents. Your responsibilities will include addressing common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), with a Master's degree preferred. LCSW-C certification is preferred, and LGSW is required.
