Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, focusing on various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying. Being a part of our allied health team, you will play a crucial role in discharge planning and supporting patients and families through challenging times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
