Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, one of the largest healthcare providers in Maryland. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing a variety of common challenges. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address a range of challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying, aging, and medical procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C preferred.
• LGSW certification required.
