Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, assisting with various challenges they may face in the healthcare setting. This full-time position offers day shifts from 8:00am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Assess and address common psychosocial issues affecting patients and families.
- Provide counseling and support related to medical treatments, aging, death, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.
